After having experienced a smoked trout in the Bremsdorfer Mühle during the hikes in the Schlaubetal, we have eaten there by Siehdichum. As expected, the restaurant was well visited at sunny early spring weather. We arrived early and found a place in the garden without effort, and later three more flutes came to our table. Together we enjoyed the sun and the good food. Overall, the visit of the Bremsdorfer Mühle was the I Tüpfelchen on a big day in the Schlaubetal. Operation The friendly service had everything in best view despite full-scale location. We could quickly place our order. The food While we waited for our food, we have cleared our thirst with a large red barrel shower. From the selection of dishes, among others, cabbage, deer goulash, wild beef, we chose the roasted salmon trout with potatoes, root vegetables and salad. The salmon trout was large quite generally the portions are very generous, freshly prepared and delicious, with crispy skin. The root vegetables were on site, not cooked, it had the right bite. The filter coffee was then good, the piece of cheese cake that we shared on recommendation, as I said) was huge and delicious. The ambience It is a rustic outing restaurant. We found the atmosphere relaxed. Inside the inn, the tiled stove heated and made it warm and cozy, in the heated tent, straw bales, among others, offered an atmosphere. We sat outside on one of the wooden seating groups in the sun. There are some round tables outside for 6 people each, and three covered longer tables with benches similar to resting huts as you can find on hiking trails). In the yard the smoker smokes and creates additional ambience, but it is sufficiently far away, you will not be wounded. Cleanliness Both the guest areas and the toilets were clean, used dishes were quickly cleaned.

General We arrived at the Bremsdorfer Mühle at 14.00. At the entrance there were 4 very good looking cakes and a sheet metal cake on the table, so we decided to drink coffee here. After some search we found two more places on a 6 table. The other guests at this table paid after about 5 minutes and we learned that they had waited for their food very long. When the waitress took off, she collected the dishes and wanted to go. We asked if we could not order immediately. She answered: No, it doesn't make any sense, we have to wait anyway! The waitress ran past our table four times without picking up an order. After 25 minutes waiting time, we're against. The experience was far from hospitality, professionalism and business sense. A guest so unfriendly is very stupid and cheeky. We don't think we'll come back here again. The ambience The outdoor facilities do not look well-maintained, the underground is unconsolidated.

Food is rustic and very tasty. we had Gulasch with red cabbage and potato. it was really good and super fresh. the cake was already almost American exaggerated large pieces) there some three make-up and also super delicious. we come back to 100%, thanks for the great food, the beautiful gas house and the beautiful atmosphere we were the second time today, and yes, it was again doubt. there were fresh homemade wild boar sausages with roast potatoes and obstinat from the region. as dessert there was an ice cream with strawberry/chocoeis with fresh strawberries and sawed

Experience it yourself. The opinions in our group were different, from moderate to super. The cakes are great, there was no discussion here. The main dishes were very plentiful. In my opinion, nothing was missing. But there was another opinion. One thing is right, one whole house is a problem here. The menu is adapted to the environment, wild and hearty are on it. In the same place there are honey and smoked fish to take.

We stayed there with a larger group after a hike in the beautiful surroundings. The guest room is rustic but very cozy. The service was very friendly and flotted. There was something in the small map for everyone. The dishes were served almost at the same time and gave no cause for complaints. The waffles ordered for dessert and the cake pieces were huge and delicious. The prices for food and drink are really fair. Sure.
