I have been a longtime customer of this restaurant, initially because it was conveniently located near my home. However, I have continued to dine here regularly because I love their food so much that I am willing to drive 30 minutes to get it. My go-to order is their square pizza, which I believe is the best cheese pizza available in the tri-city area. As someone who is very particular about pizza, I can attest to the fact that their sauce is perfect, the crust is crispy without being dry or tough. We have ordered from here many many times and its been delicious and consistent, but tonight the pizza was terrible the crust was burnt and the dough tasted old and was very chewy flavorless very disappointed, called them and complained and all they did was give us a $10.00 credit. That was our dinner and my husband was very hungry he ended up making a liver wurst sandwich and I had a bowl of cream of wheat and toast. We won't order there any time soon should of not charged us for food.

I have had the eggplant parm dinner several times. It is always amazing. The one dinner fed me and my son and had leftover for lunch the next day. It's even better the day after. Even My son who is a chef was impressed by the sauce. Whatever your doingkeep doing it. The sauce is definitely homemade. I would definitely recommend this place. wish i had a picture, but didn't knowit was an option.
Although I live about five minutes away I haven?t ordered from this place in about 10 years? I ordered for the first time in a long time tonight I ordered 20 wings? There was so many feathers on them I could?ve created a couple of chickens and flown away? This is just the worst place to order especially if you care about what you put in your body

This is definitely the best pizza shop in South Troy. I'd also mention that the other Inferno locations in the cap distract are not as good as this one for some reason. I've tried almost all of them. Try the square 10 cut pizza for $10. Sofa-King good, my fave!
Two slices of pizza and a soda for $6 is a good deal. The pizza is fresh and definitely worth a visit.
