Arguably some of the finest burgers I 've ever enjoyed, and undoubtedly the best place to savor one in Lausanne. The ambiance of the establishment is pleasing, the service is tidy and friendly, and the burgers arrive on a plate accompanied by a simple yet excellently seasoned salad, along with very respectable fries. One aspect that might leave a few feeling a bit disappointed is that the burgers ' height make them difficult to hold, and consuming them without the aid of a fork and knife can be quite challenging. The prices are generally on par with other 'premium ' burger franchises you may find in Lausanne, but the quality is generally vastly superior (And you can often get bison patties)....

Great place to eat with lots of outside seating in the shade and lots of indoor seating, too. No reservations, but if you show up early, you get a place 100% of the time. The food is amazing, there are lots of choices, and many ways to customize. They can cook the meat according to taste. There are not too many desert choices, but the classics are all very good. For the price, you eat more than enough. The staff is lovely and super helpful. I love this place!!
