For us it deserves 1 Michelin star. Excellent price/quality ratio This summer we returned to this restaurant 3 times. We had gone many years ago and to the foodfast that it had, too. The new proposal for decoration, room layout and menus are magnificent. A success . The food is delicious and careful. Full of details and with local references It has been a total success and we will return. He deserves to move up in category although I don't know if it will compensate him. We wish him continued success and high visibility . Thank you . Parking: It is in front of the building and there are enough places. We have found a place on two occasions and on another not. Depends on the day .
Comenzamos con un trompe l'oeil, un tomate verde que no es un tomate que se esconde... Luego continuamos con una huerta de todos los colores y sabores. Y para el plato principal: un delicioso atún a la parrilla y un excelente rack de cordero. Es importante destacar el trabajo decorativo de cada plato, una presentación compuesta por mil y un sabores y texturas diferentes. Una cocina distinta. ¡Toda una experiencia!
Todo un 10 de 10. Hemos probado el menú Bidasoa y no podemos decir otra cosa. Desde los aperitivos hasta el postre. Desde el milhojas de foie hasta el txangurro. Desde el cochinillo hasta el rape a laamericana. Sin restar mérito al postre. Todo con un sabor inmejorable. Iñigo Lavado y su equipo destacan cada día gracias a su esfuerzo, creatividad y entusiasmo. ¡FELICIDADES!
Exceptional food experience definitely worth a 1 star restaurant ! You will be surprised by the food associations, the quality of the product, and the experience from start to finish. This was the first time I had the opportunity to taste chocolate with olive oil and salt, a must try ! I definitely recommend the discovery menu and a good wine bottle.
