We initially came for the free bring-your-own (BYO) policy, but we kept returning for the incredible curries. This restaurant is a true hidden gem in the neighborhood, and is definitely worth a trip from anywhere. The food is affordable yet delicious. We highly recommend trying the signature chicken coconut pistachio curry, and they also offer a vegetarian version upon request. Don't pass up the opportunity to dine at this amazing spot.
The secret of Surry Hills Indian food is back. Chef has been hugely successful before but had to take time out due to illnesses. He's back celebrate! One of the very best, authentic restaurants around. And I truly know Indian food. From UK and have huge experience with restaurants in Sydney, especially Indian. Just go. Ask for Satish (chef) he will look after you like family. Say Chris sent you and you'll get looked after. Go.
Went with a group of friends from work and had an amazing experience. The owners previously ran the Holy Cow, and the food still continues to be fantastic and authentic. The kulfi is delicious and now comes in a range of flavours and the chicken tikka was a standout! Spacious restaurant, with friendly staff and great affordable food. Definitely will recommend to all my family and friends and will be going back very soon!
Holy Cow is back! The original and best Indian restaurant is back under the name 'Injoy '. It 's genuine home cooked quality Indian food and not expensive. It 's made with love and it 's fresh and tasty.I know Indian food very well (worked in Indian restaurants in England) and this place is the best in Sydney. Just go. We absolutely love the local Indian cuisine at Injoy! After being disappointed when the Holy Cow closed, we are delighted to have our taste buds satisfied once again. The butter chicken is especially amazing, along with the excellent service and friendly staff. This is definitely our favorite Indian restaurant!
The customer service at this restaurant was amazing, they were delightful on the phone and created a welcoming atmosphere in person. The food was incredibly delicious, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I also must mention the chairs, they were awesome and very comfortable.
We got a Scoopon voucher for 1 entree, 1 main and 1 desert including a soft drink and we were impressed with the quality of the food! This was the best indian food we have tried so far! We loved it! Just amazing! Friendly service and a very nice atmosphere added to it!

Underrated gem amongst the many Indian restaurants on Cleveland St. I popped in for a quick meal of Pistachio Chicken Butter Naans food was quick, delicious the owner was super friendly too. Will definitely be back again to try more of their menu.
