the receptor was very rude. in the ground I cried out because I had asked about the despicable one that they must sign for the valet that in the ground states, if they damage their car, it is not their fault. also they do not have a parking space so they really have no choice and the reservation was not refundable. the recipeist declared if they don't like it, we give them the car back and they can now sit in and park it on the street or wherever they want. it should be included breakfast, but it is a restaurant that costs extra. no breakfast included. the thermostat did not work in the room and it radiated hot heat all night, could hardly sleep. I would not recommend this hotel.

during a snowstorm with two working friends. we are nurses who stayed near the hospital to work safely and on time. the recipe maintainers and Valet visitors were more than helpful to us. they were friendly and friendly and ensured a great stay. we didn't have to worry about cleaning up the cars in the morning as there is a covered parking garage. the rooms are spacious and very clean. our short stay was all we needed and more. thank you to all. we will return

cheap and easy to find location. valet parking is the only option, but it was fast and easy. my man forgot his glasses in the car and the Valet guy picked him up without annoying. the room looks clean. there is a small fridge and a fireplace in the room. do you have to call the recipe for ice? the bartender at marco polo bar, bria, is really great! she made the best drinks and our experience here great! thank you. bria!

Hotel rooms are very spacious and clean. All staff I encountered were outstanding! Text services were great for additional requests. Anthony and Gabby provided amazing service for the Valentine's day dinner! The meal was absolutely delicious!
