The inner you restaurant in Adeje is a hidden gem for all lovers of vegan cuisine (and anyone who fancies trying it). We went there for lunch and it was delicious. Whether it's the juices, the meals, or the desserts—everything is homemade, plant-based, and super healthy. I tried the zucchini pasta and the pizza. We also had the wrap, which was just as amazing. The food is really fresh and tastes amazing . So happy we found this place .Suitable for non vegans as the food is so delicious. We have tried most vegan restaurants on the island over the years and this the best .Julian Kind in Santa Cruz was of a similar high standard but is no longer open.
Was looking for somewhere for lunch and stumbled across this gem. The cafe has a relaxing vibe to it. The food was great it had a lot of flavour I will definitely go back! The staff is super friendly as well especially the dog :

What a lovely place to go for lunch! We went for the vegan 'egg ' dish and then sauted mushrooms. Delicious. The homemade Kambucha was so tasty too! And such a cute little dog .
Amazing vegan, gluten-free food with a view and wonderful service. Menu and hours a but limited, but well worth the visit.
