charm, calm and relaxation, professionalism that is visible in every detail, characterize this little gem in its green environment. I appreciated the demanding attention given to the cleanliness of the place, and in this very specific point I am impartial, as I was trained by a butler from a large pariser house. I sincerely congratulate the owner and his team who do a remarkable job. all services offered are of high quality. the service staff knows how to be present at the same time as required, but remains discreet and smiling and obviously concentrates on the pretty bathroom, all at its time. Wir sind durch Zufall vorbei gefahren und haben uns das Lokal für das Abendessen vorgemerkt. Kurz darauf bei der telefonischen Tischreservierung bekamen wir schon den ersten guten Eindruck vom freundlichen Service. Dieser bestätigte sich dann bei unserem Besuch selbst. Die Bedienung war super freundlich und zuvorkommend, hat die Speisen gut erklärt und war sehr aufmerksam. Die Gerichte haben uns sehr überzeugt. Die Bachforelle war wirklich frisch, kurz nach der Bestellung konnten wir den Fang im Bach mit dem Köcher beobachten und auf den Punkt genau gegart, kam sie dann auf den Tisch. Wir hatten noch Kalbssteak mit Nudeln in Pfifferlingsauce. Ebenfalls super lecker, so viele Pfifferlinge hat...
Es un establecimiento que se ecuentra en Triberg, el figón es muy bonito y agradable para comer o cenar. Ya que con sus elevadas vidrieras y el comedor bien decorado hacen de el restaurante unico en la zona. Sin olvidar su fino jardin que invita a quedarse a reposar ya que tambien es un hotel con habitaciones de lujo, es muy tranquilo.Hablando del asunto alimenticio tienen gran variedad de platos de considerable calidad pero un poco caro. En particular yo solicite una crema de sisas y hongos que estaba mas que exacta. La atencion de los camareros fue mas que correcta, asi que si deciden partir a Triberg no duden en presidir al Inselklause.
From the sparklng wine waiting for us in the room, via the balcony directly overlooking the babbling brook, to the extremely modern shower, everything about the room was just about spot-on. The receptionist-come-waitress was extremely helpful and spoke good English (to help us out with our poor German). Bed was comfortable, breakfast decent - don't be phased by the shower controller which is a little daunting at first glance - just press 1 for the overhead drench-shower, 2 and 3 do the hand-held one. the terrace is really idyllic. the service was friendly and excellent. we were there for lunch and loved the work and everything. they actually have their own pond on the plot (although the trouts are brought there by a local forellenfarm). the trout obviously tasted fresh and very well prepared. By the way, the building itself was beautifully restored/built. a great place for lunch (or perhaps dinner). not cheap, but definitiw not expensive and it is worth it, especially if it is a beautiful day and they can dine in free.
Wie der Zufall so spielt: Alle geplanten Restaurants hatten Ruhetag oder Betriebsferien, aber Die Inselklause lud uns zur Einkehr ein und wir entschieden uns schnell für Gerichte von der Tageskarte . Vorher gab es Weißbrot mit Paprikabutter, dann das Gericht Tiroler Kam mit Spinatknödel mit Parmesan und brauner Butter, dazu ein guter, gemischter frischer Salat,einfach köstlich! Auch der Service war nett und freundlich, die Speisen waren schnell serviert.
nous nous sommes arrêtés pour boire un verre sur cette charmante terrasse , un accueil chaleureux ,un service plus que correct . nous avons été séduits et sommes retourné le soir pour un dîner qui mérite le prix d'excellence .. des mets frais, une ambiance chaleureuse .. c'est un endroit ou on retournera avec plaisir
it is our second time in beautiful forest and we enjoyed eating again in the restaurant island claw to dinner. I had prepared my favourite dish forellenfilet with pastillen especially for me, also the carpaccio was delicious and the chocolate mousse. the price range is higher than the average, but it is worth it.
