Insignia Prime Steak Sushi

We were very excited to dine based on the reviews and recommendations. We ordered a sushi roll, burrata, Seabass, and grilled artichokes. The sushi fell apart when picked up with chopsticks. Flavor was delicious, but very challenging to eat. Our entrÃe of Seabass was served raw, couldn’t even cut through with a steak knife, yet encouraged to eat by our waiter. After minutes of not touching it he came back and offered to reheat it. The chef did cook a new piece of fish (perfectly) that was appreciate it. The overall experience was delightful as the company made up for the subpar food experience.

Once again the Insignia team delivers outstanding food and service. Our waiter, Kaven, who served us once before, was amazing. A true professional and an asset to this great restaurant. Also, recognition to Charles who always finds a few minutes to stop by and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. It was and then some. Can't wait to come back!
