Love these guys!!! Me and my sister frequently come here late at night to get some cookies and have a good laugh at home over them. Every single time they?ve been super friendly (and how much more could i appreciate them staying up so late to give uscookies). Tonight i went in and they were about to close so i didn?t have many options (also meaning i couldn?t get my usualstuff) so i just ordered a bunch of random cookies i thought would be good and even though my order was kind of obnoxious theywere calm and handled it very well. Not to mention that the cookies are great too!!!
I absolutely love Insomnia Cookies! My sister and I often stop by late at night to grab some cookies and enjoy a good laugh at home. Every time, the staff has been incredibly friendly—I really appreciate how they stay up so late just to serve us cookies. Tonight, I arrived just before closing and didn’t have many choices, so I couldn’t get my usual favorites. I ended up ordering a mix of random cookies, and even though my order was a bit unconventional, the team stayed calm and handled it perfectly. Plus, the cookies themselves are delicious!
The service was awful, and there was no delivery at all. I reached out to both customer service and the store simultaneously, and they promised that my order would be delivered. However, after waiting for three hours since I placed my order, I still hadn't received anything. I will not be ordering from them again.
I had an amazing late-night visit to this restaurant, even with the busy atmosphere. I went there on a Saturday night just before closing, and I'm pleased to say that the cookies were still warm and fresh from the oven. You only have to wait 12 minutes to savor some delicious Insomnia cookies!

I went to this cookie spot some days back..My friend and i visited another one prior but couldn't find parking so we headed to this one...the smell of the place was amazing..the young lady was very kind and the cookies and ice cream was delicious.
If loving Insomnia Cookies is wrong, then I don't want to be right! Their cookies have a delightful crispy exterior and a chewy interior that is simply irresistible. As a chocolate chunk enthusiast, I'm just as happy with chocolate chips alone!
Great staff! Me and my buddy from NY were so undecisive and they were beyond patient. We had too many questions, but the ladies that night were great. ????
