Was craving some hot baked cookies so I came by to the Harvard Sq location. I had just got off work in the Beacon Hill area and drove from work. Laila was behind the register counter. I decided to go with the Super 6 (five cookies one deluxe cookie. I went with 2 Oatmeal Raisin, 1 Peanut butter chip cookie, 2 chocolate chunk cookie and a deluxe salted caramel cookie. The choc chip cookie was good crunch on the outside moist on the inside taste was good and the peanut butter chip cookie was moist all around but fell apart?! The salted caramel cookie was hard and over cooked I didn’t eat it, and I got a strawberry milk. The oatmeal raisin cookie was just ok. I’m not coming back to this locatio...
I take my parents to this place because I heard of how warm and soft these cookies are. This girl who I don?t remember her name gave my dad and I hard cookies?. When other people went after us they were eating their cookies outside so we asked how their cookies were. They told us they were soft and warm. So I immediately went back to tell the girl to change my cookie to a warm one. She did but she knew what she did in the beginning and i dont know what made her think to serve a hard rock cookie knowing insomnia is known for their warm cookies.
Absolutely horrible, I ordered cookies at 804 1000 still nothing called the store around 915 and they said they were already on the way. Tried to just cancel the order but the store said it wasn’t possible because the cookies were already sent out. I asked them how they knew what the order was when no information was given, they said caller I’d ?. Call corporate customer service to get it cancel they are actually helpful. I would leave no stars if possible
Shorted us a cookie and one had a bite taken out of it?? Not to mention it took three hours to get our delivery. And the cookies weren’t the ones we ordered. When we called they told us our order was on the way and hung up. The staff here always have the worst attitudes. I usually go in person but can’t believe how unbelievably bad the delivery was haha yikes.

Best location in Boston by far !! Manager and workers are super sweet and professional . Clean store and they actually still have everything left at 9pm as the other Cambridge store apparently never does (commonwealth Ave store says they have nothing left at 9 pm . And this stores cookies are ALWAYS WARM AND FRESH !!
FIRE YOUR DRIVER OR TRAIN THEM RIGHT!!! DIDNT FOLLOW ANY DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS, DIDNT CALL OR NOTIFY OF DELIVERY SO THEY SAT IN THE COLD FOR A LONG TIME, DID NOT DELIVER ALL ITEMS. IF YOUR BRAND IS BUILT AROUND YOUR SPIFFY DELIVERY SERVICE YOU SHOULD BE GETTING IT RIGHT

The cookies here are delicious, and the staff member is both funny and friendly. I've visited other Insomnia Cookies locations, but this one serves fresh, warm cookies that are exceptional.
It’s like any other Insomnia Cookies. It’s open late. You can get ice cream sandwiches here. It’s not crowded in the afternoon.
