I ordered from intensément choux an assembled piece cauli for the baptism of my daughter. I had asked for a room in the shape of a church. my question was perfectly respected and the cauliflowers were delicious. the cream was delicious and the puffs made very good. only small false note because it needed one, there was a little too much caramel that took over on the caulis and prevented them from really appreciated. while the assembled piece in the run of time is well kept and not collapsed, a little less caramel would have been remarkable. as well for the nougatin, there would have been something to mandling, there was a little too much caramel and not enough mandling. but we were still ver...

not even smiling. for what I bought it was worth the price not a smile. but the cakes were very good. a pity for the customers a nice little note its kills no one !! so I will not return delicious cakes I know some hailleur and not far away! for me the smile is important boss. but bravo for your delicious cakes

very expensive for what it is. from the light chocolate black (too sweet). I'm not a baked cook far from it, but it wasn't a dark chocolate. for us it was rather sweet milk chocolate.
