Intermarché Super Chauffailles

Nothing to complain about in terms of the stores and the staff except this new butcher who has just arrived (a tall brunette with glasses) last week, I asked for a marrow bone for my stew, I ended up with a veal bone poorly cut and obviously without pith, at the end of the week we got picked up for a top of the blade. Mr. didn't have time to prepare it for us, nor for the next day and today I asked for a sirloin flank steak and I found myself on my plate with a hard and tasteless piece of meat, I don't know what it is, but certainly not the sirloin flank steak that I'm used to having! that he changes profession he is not a trader and does not know anything about the profession.
