Inti offered a glimpse of Peruvian flavors, but ultimately, the experience fell short of a rush back kind of night. While the papa rellena and pisco sour were undeniable highlights crispy, golden, and bursting with flavor in the former, and a refreshing classic in the latter the main courses left something to be desired. The Yuca a la Huancaína was a decent rendition of a classic dish, but the Huancaína sauce lacked its characteristic fiery kick. Similarly, the Aji de gallina was a tad too timid, missing the punchy heat and bold saltiness that defines this beloved Peruvian comfort food. The heavy creaminess also weighed it down a bit. A neighborhood gem. Friendly staff, good Peruvian food, great service and fair prices. We had a leisurely 3 hour dinner and were never rushed. Ended with some delicious flan
