Restaurant that deserves its star. Personally, I think it's better than some starred restaurants that we could do. The products of the region are highlighted, which is rare in this region that is full of exceptional raw products. A coherent menu from beginning to end. Congratulations to the kitchen team, which is a small brigade unlike competition. We feel passion in the dishes that are served. We chose the menu in four dishes and had only one regret, that of not having chosen seven dishes! All dishes are pretty, original, fine, tasteful, delicate and reasonably copyy. The mets/vins agreement is well seen. The decoration is simple and tasteful. The limited place gives an intimate atmosphere. Few people tonight that surprised us. We'll be back there.
