This Ippudo branch has become a huge disappointment. The signature Shiromaru Tomago was so avearge during this visit. Thin, watery broth without much pork flavour, the noodles were cool and did not blend well at all. The big slap in the face was the one, smaller than my hand thin slice of Pork Loin. This for $18 for a small bowl. For any more pork they would have slugged me another $5. Very minimal toppings in the bowl throughout. I was stunned at how average this was. Possibly the most ordinary ramen I have had anywhere. This is the third (and worst) time I have had such an average ramen here. Although I'm not a fan of soup based dishes, I LOVE Japanese food! I'm from Hawai`I where the ambient climate is generally in the 80s-90s, and I find myself a minority being that I don't crave hot soup/noodle dishes. Being that Sydney's winter temperatures are primary in the 50s, ramen is ALWAYS a great idea! Which is how I came to discover Ippudo. First of all, I was starving and secondly, it was freezing. If you're in Sydney, especially during the Winter months, visit this soul-warming necessity. You will not be disappointed. Did I mention they also have Japanese beer? It's a win/win situation from any perspective.
Went for the $10 1st of the month special and they made a big thing out of getting you to use the table QR code, so they could charge fees and so that the only $10 ramen available would be the most basic. I went inside to use cash and because you could get any ramen and they lied about what was available on the app. It might be ok if the ramen was as good as it used to be but it was vey bland ramen with just one slice of chewy pork. Fast track to the bottom of the ramen chain.

I regularly go to Ippudo and always find the service to be quick and staff are always attentive and friendly. There are many ramen dishes and other things to choose. I had in Thai visit the Salmon roll which was excellent. I look forward to my next visit.

Went here when I was trying to grab a bit while staying at the Four Points Hotel. Was seated at a long table shared with others but service was quick and food excellent. Was doing a great trade too. Seemed authentic.
Good ramen but quite expensive compared to other places that provided better ramen. Ippudo is a chain so it may vary from location to location but so far this may be the best ippudo in Sydney.

Great service and very accommodating. They went out of there way to take care of us. Location is next to a chocolate bar yum!
Regular to ippudo and always find it consistently good. Great ramen and other dishes, suitable for kids too
