Have been curious to try this famous ramen noodle place in Sydney. I visited their Central Park outlet at lunch time on weekdays but I noticed not many people were there. Salmon Aburi Mentai Roll - $13 Lightly seated salmon sushi topped with avocado & mentai mayonnaise I loveee mentai mayo and this one is definitely one of the best I've tried. It was creamy and soft without being too salty. The salmon was also soft and a perfect combo with the delicious Japanese rice and mentai mayo. The description on the menu said "topped with avocado" but I found myself eating cucumber instead of avocado which is fine. IPPUDO fue mi opción segura para un tazón decente de ramen y cocina japonesa. Sin embargo, la salida en Central Park sugiere lo contrario. Probé su firma ramen y rollos especiales.
