This is my absolute favorite place to have breakfast any time of the day. When I lived closer, it was a weekend tradition for me to go there. I always order 4 scrambled eggs with American cheese and 4 sides of bacon. My wife always tries the specials and enjoys them, so whether you prefer sticking to your favorite dish or trying something new, this restaurant has options for everyone. Just a reminder, they only accept cash, but they have an ATM inside. Make sure to say hi to the friendly owner and mention that "The Bacon Guy" recommended the place - he will surely appreciate it!

best service I have ever received in new york, and that comes from someone who has worked for over a decade as server! server alex was amazing and went beyond and beyond! she freed my milk, was very pleasant and a true joy. the food was also delicious and the owner even came by to say hi and asked if I needed something. loved the feeling of family and even the regulars were friendly. I know I'm back!

I called in 3 sandwiches to go, came to the cafe and then waited for an hour. only because they ask me to repeat my order, they never did it. if they can not treat three sandwiches even on a busy day, they should not be in business or have a staff that can handle a hurry. very poor service every time I go here. will never come again that I was wasting.

Looking to slow down and just ear and talk, this is a spot for you. If your in a rush this is not the vibe for you. Time moves slow there but it's okay since everyone is so nice. We had a party of eight for a bachelor's breakfast on Saturday morning around 8:45. We were seated in about 30 minutes without a reservation. The food and service were great (I highly recommend the avocado toast!) Thanks to the entire team. I look forward to returning soon.
