I placed an online order for delivery with Iron Charm, totaling $27.35 (not including delivery fee, tax, and tip). I realized that the paper version of the menu indicated “Order $20 FREE Spring Roll or Egg Roll.” The online ordering site did not offer this, so I called the restaurant to inquire. The “not-so-polite” woman, that answered the phone, advised that I was not eligible for this free item because I ordered using the site and I paid with a credit card. Today I was tired of eating healthy. I refused to eat another salad tonight. I chose Iron Charm as my place for reckless eating. What I ordered (see pictures): Crab Ragoon (8) $5.95 These were pretty good. They were a bit light skinned but that's okay. They taste really good and sweet. A Veggie Spring Rolls (2) $2.50 The spring rolls were a lot smaller than I expected but they were decent. I'm used to Golden Dragons spring rolls where it's stuffed with goodness and you need two hands. Iron Charms were dainty and had more wrapper that veggies. This review sat in my drafts since 2020. Maybe they improved since then as it was a very stressful time for everyone. From April 2020: The food is very good and it was delivered quickly by a friendly male driver. (I always tip. However the woman answering the phone was extremely rude. I was a repeat customer who was SCREAMED at and then banned from ordering again simply because I politely asked for a refund ONLY on the item that was substituted with something I DIDN'T want. I had placed the order through Grubhub so they gave me the partial refund after the restaurant was unwilling to work with me.
I ordered Kung Pao chicken, but what I received was a battered chicken dish instead. When I called the restaurant to clarify if this was what their menu described, I was unexpectedly yelled at by a woman, presumably speaking English. Despite my efforts to explain the situation over several minutes, her volume increased instead of providing any help. Ultimately, I decided it wasn't worth it and informed them that I wouldn’t be returning. It was a terrible experience with below-average food. I wouldn't recommend taking the risk.

Iron Charm has my complete recommendation! Absolutely the best kung Pao chicken I've ever had. The Singapore noodles are phenomenal. Great egg rolls and dumplings. The wonton soup was flavorful (not bland like some places). Their French fries were fantastic, crispy, well seasoned, and you could tell the cooking oil was fresh. OMG their sweet tea is delicious! I think it's made with honey.
I dont know what's up with these people leaving bad reviews. The food is on point The lady was super nice, she even gave me directions there. Large portions, lots of shrimp. If you're expecting Ruth Chris service cook at home. This is my go to place now.
I wasn't even able to place my order. When I provided my address, she sighed loudly in frustration. I asked for a regular fried rice, and she raised her voice, claiming she didn't know what that was. Her attitude was incredibly rude.
We don’t eat out or order in very often. When we do, this is our go to place. They have the best high quality food. Prices are fair. Service is excellent! The staff is friendly. This is a five star restaurant.

I experienced food poisoning at this restaurant. When I called to inform the manager, she was quite rude and tried to imply it was my fault. I will not be returning.
Best Chinese food in the area. We order delivery at least 3x a month for years. We are so glad we found you Jenny!
