I have tried so many times to give these guys a go, but the service here is absolutely terrible. It 's as if the owner has gone out of his way to hire the rudest, crankiest staff, that make you feel like it is a privilege for them to take my order. Today was the last time I normally avoid this place but when I walked past today I noticed they had smoked salmon on brioche. Staff working in this venue obviously don’t understand the concept of good customer service. There is no sense of urgency and none of them seem to know what a smile is. Food comes out at alll different ends of the counter but no one tells you about this upon ordering therefore food just gets left sitting there. Ingredients that were promised on menu items were left out of food creating a flavourless breakfast. When approached staff about this there was not offer to make a new one they just dumped the cold ingredients on top of what was supposed to be a hot breakfast.
