The vegan bagel sandwich was delicious! I’ve never seen tofu done like this on a bagel but it was seasoned great. It’s usually done with turmeric to give it that yellow eggy color so the white tofu threw me off at first but it was really good! I have also never tried macadamia nut milk in my cappuccino but I highly recommend it. Super cool place in an old firehouse with good indoor and outdoor seating. I can’t wait to come back here next time I’m in town! Updated from previous review on 2021-07-31

The vegan bagel sandwich was delicious! I've never seen Tofu so on a bagel, but it was great spiced. It is usually done with turmeric to give it that yellow icy color, so the white tofu threw me first, but it was really good! I never tried Macadamia breast milk in my cappuccino, but I highly recommend it. Super cool place in an old firehouse with good indoor and outdoor seats. I can't expect me to be here next time! We got the vegan bagel sandwich and the vegan breakfast burrito. They were similar with tofu, chorizo and cheese. Very tasty. Forgot to specify what bagel we wanted, so were given plain- would’ve been better with everything bagel. Would get both sandwiches again. Latte with macadamia milk was very good, though not hot.

We have the vegan bagel sandwich and the vegan breakfast Burrito. They were similar to Tofu, Chorizo and Cheese. Very delicious. Forget to determine what Bagel we wanted, so were simply given - would have been better with all Bagel. Would get both sandwiches again. Latte with Macadamia milk was very good, but not hot.
