"This gluten-free pastry shop offers delicious food that I’ve enjoyed in the past. However, I was disappointed by the service during my recent visit. When I ordered a coffee and brownie, I asked for a small glass of water but was repeatedly told they only serve bottled water, which was more than I needed. Later, I saw another guest receive a glass of water upon request. While the food and drinks are excellent, I would have expected more attentive service from a place that’s a bit more upscale — such as the simple courtesy of a small glass of water with an espresso. Total disappointment!!! I have been to this cafe in Stuttgart several times just a positive impression, pleasant service, and delicious desserts. Isabella in Munich is the complete opposite. If you want to drink coffee, you have to stay in line. Come on 21st century a line for a cup of coffee?! Expand the cafe if there is demand! It is mandatory to study the market in order to have happy clients. While I was standing in line, the dessert I wanted was sold out. Cool!!! The desire to drink coffee disappeared completely, and I took two others away. And this is also a disappointment, instead of the promised cream in Cherry Lady , something curdled inside (the cream was overwhipped or sour cream...
A gluten free persons haven!! What a gem! It’s so nice to find a place where everything is GF! They also have a good amount of vegan options too, rugby is great as I can’t have milk or cheese. I walked out of my way to try this place out. It’s definitely not cheap the average GF pastry will cost you about 8 9€. But they are made beautifully! The vegan raspberry one was my favorite. The cinnamon roll was good too. The only one I didn’t care for was the pistachio one I wanted to like it but it missed the mark in my opinion. It didn’t really taste like pistachio.
