Was back to the Christmas dinner in Holderbüschle. The soup tasted extremely to basil, it was unusable! Salad was very little dressing. The meat was very good, the supplements were in need of reconciliation. Very little seasoned and the walnut tips don't go. The dessert was made sweet. Too bad, soon you could recommend the Holderbüschle to everyone. I hope the team will be redirected. These

We ate this week in Holderbüschle, it was max. 4 tables occupied, now I wonder why I have to wait almost an hour for my food? And I wonder how long do I have to wait when the place is full? Something seems wrong with the organization while the food was delicious
