Island Empanada - Reserva de mesa

I got a nice greeting when I went through the door, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had the pulled pork flour and gave me a chipotle emdanada. everything was hot, fresh and delicious. my empanada had exactly the right amount of heat. the load was clean and well maintained. I highly recommend the restaurant.

The Pernil is always delicious and well spiced! Wish the arroz con gandules portion was more until I actually finish the meal and realize how full I feel! But wish it were a little more. My Fav-Empanada is the Pastlon! Happy to have switched on after a long day for some time and comfort food!

They have a Vegan Beef Empanada and a Veggie Empanada. I love the Nada-Beef Empanada, but don’t love the Veggie one. They also have Plantains and Rice Beans. Note, they are cooked in a shared fryer but you can order them uncooked and fry them at home if you’re uncomfortable with that.

$22 gets you 4 empanadas and 2 sodas in this place. I understand that adjustments must be made to combat inflation, but that is ridiculous, especially if you think they were not even so good. 5-6 people behind the counter and no one wipe dirty tables? Smh Reserva una mesa ahora

The 6 mixs empanada was good but the Fiesta Fries it was plain needed a sauce.. the extra sauce I got 4 red spicy it ok little spicy but jello kinds like and the 2 green sauce was painful just parsley n water no taste.

the rice and the beans are delicious as well as the tostone (fried curtains.) they offer 2 vegan empanadas -nada beef plants floor and veggie lovers. they were good. very friendly service.

You just can't beat the food and the price. they make everything fresh, but it comes out quickly. The staff is always full of smiles. Please just put more island empanadas everywhere??

Nada-beef is very good meatless empanada. I love that island empanada tries to offer more options for us. for an even healthier option they will bake their empanada instead of frying! Reserva una mesa ahora
