Island House Tap And Grill

First and last time here. Service was not good. Took over 10 minutes to get someone to ask if we had our drink order taken while sitting right next to the in/out of where the register and food is ran. Once we finally got our drink orders waitress could not answer any questions about the menu. Such as do the guacamole or queso also come with salsa? It is totally fine to be new and learning but at least go ask. Sweet Potato fries listed to be served with sauce the sauce is ketchup. In my 20 years as a grown adult I have never had Sweet Potato fries served with ketchup. When asking for honey the waitress continued to tell me she could bring mustard with honey in it. I was excited to try something new. Sadly service was not to good. Food was bland and honestly expected better. Oh well Hope you improve.
