I hate giving this review because the food quality is actually very good....but I came here during the massapequa park after dark and they only had TWO people working!!! Two people to take orders, make orders, fulfill uber eats orders, and call in orders. I ordered a regular poke bowl in the restaurant and even thought there was hardly anyone in line I waited almost 45minutes for my order!!! So instead of being able to enjoy the fair with my daughter I sat here and waited. The workers looked like they were hustling so this is no fault of their own...but the manager should have absolutely known to put more workers on during the abnormally busy evening. This is poor management and poor plannin...
The poke bowls are AMAZING!! You can choose what you want inside and I’ve had white rice, avocado, chicken, beef, crab meat, tuna, and more. The sauces are really tasty and all the food tastes very fresh. I think the prices are very reasonable at $15 for a large bowl that satisfies as a whole meal. I’ve ordered from here a couple of times with my husband or with friends. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely order from here again!
Very impressed. Fresh, great quality ingredients, and, awesome tasting. We both had the rice bowls; hubby had the Beef Gyuden I had the Shrimp Teriyaki. First poke bowl experiences we loved. Server and manager were very nice. We ate inside. Small clean space with a nice modern cafe like decor a couple of outdoor cafe tables. We'll be back, thank you!
I would definitely recommend Island Poke as my go-to spot for poke bowls—I’ve probably ordered around 50 bowls from them so far! They also offer some tasty boba teas. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that the portion sizes can vary quite a bit from bowl to bowl. As for parking, there’s a lot available behind the building.

I give this restaurant one star because the food is terrible and too expensive. The service is decent, and the restaurant is clean, but I will never eat here again due to the awful taste of the food and prices that are way too high for the quality offered.
awesome spot. they’re cheaper than other poke places and have pretty large portions, always use fresh ingredients and is always delicious with extremely friendly and helpful staff. one of my personal favorite places to eat :
Tried it for the first time today. The food was average at best. I had the Hawaiian classic (bland) the Sriracha tuna (Sriracha overpowered the meal) and the vege Roman (bland) None if them were great.
The food here is great, but the service is quite slow. It took nearly an hour for our order to be prepared. When you decide to eat here, just be prepared for the wait.

the first time it ever has something like that, they don't regret it. Eating is affordable, came fast and tastes good and fresh.
The food here is delicious. I do recommend the bowls. However, I do not recommend the milk tea.
