Very disappointing! This restaurant was my favorite restaurant, not much anymore, especially being it was my birthday dinner. The front was very pleasant and welcoming. However as for our dinner... I ordered the halibut local catch, the flavor was delicious however it was a cold plate, after ordering, the plates came to the table in a matter of just minutes in what seems like the restaurant was at full capacity. Which only makes us imagine that plates were just sitting around waiting for someone to order it. My husband ordered a swordfish, never have we seen such a thin cut swordfish, very dry, flavorless and simple, he took a couple of bites, did not finish it, we took it home but threw it...
The food was great, atmosphere was great, but my server was terrible! I guess her name was Sean. Not sure how it’s spelled, but she did not give even a smile. She was rude and acted very uppity. I wouldn’t even leave her my bill. I gave it to somebody else because I wanted them to know how nasty she was! I had to order my food to go because I couldn’t stand another minute of her attitude!!
My husband and I got to meet Chef Deborah Scott tonight on our 22nd wedding anniversary. We love her restaurants and always enjoy Island Prime. Steak was cooked perfectly and meltsin your mouth. Lobster delicious as always. Only negative was we were say at a booth by the door and it was pretty cold so that made for a not so perfect evening but it was pretty damn close
What happened to your public parking? Not paying valet to park my car 30 ft from the door. Stop being greedy! Raise the food price if you need to make more money, but the parking situation is INSANE. I won't be back, just because of how crazy this is.

The food was fantastic. Definitely get the bone in ribeye. Beautiful location right by the bay.
