After some initial confusion regarding who would take care of our orders, we decided on a few drinks and dishes from the menu: two Old Yale Lakeside Warehouse beers and the following appetizers: calamari with pickled jalapeños, red onion, and saffron aioli, as well as Asian-seasoned dry ribs and teriyaki chicken wings. The presentation of the food and drinks was good, but unfortunately, the flavors were quite off. The best word that comes to mind to describe them is “strange,” and not in a good way. My wife and I was staying at Harrison Hot Springs resort and spa and decided to try out the island bar for dinner. They offer a light fare menu and a full drink menu. This is a different restaurant than Lakeside which is also attached to Harrison Hot Springs resort. I ordered the fish tacos and my wife ordered the buffalo chicken wrap with french fries. The tacos were delicious and had a nice spicy sauce on them. My wife's buffalo chicken wrap was tender, juicy and delicious. She ordered a side of gravy with the french fries that was outstanding. I highly recommend you give this place a try.

During the day, the service was outstanding. Our waitress was friendly and checked in on us often. However, the dinner service was less impressive. We waited for at least half an hour before anyone came to our table, prompting me to go up and place my order myself. I noticed other diners doing the same, and several people had to approach the counter just to pay their bills due to the long wait for a server. Overall, the food and drinks were fantastic, but the dinner service left much to be desired. The daytime staff was excellent, though!

I visited this place for a late-night drink and had a great experience. The service was attentive, and the drinks were enjoyable. The seating was comfortable, making it a nice spot to relax and chat while at the resort. There are TVs around the bar, which adds to the atmosphere. Prices were a bit higher than average, but that’s to be expected in a resort setting!

I recommend avoiding this restaurant. There are plenty of better options nearby. The food presentation is poor, and it’s quite overpriced. Although the staff is friendly, the quality of the food is disappointing. Even though it’s conveniently located for the resort, I’d prefer to venture a bit farther to Village Pizza for a much better dining experience.

We asked if we could sit outside with our service dog. We were told yes. But after we sat down, the waitress asked us to produce some kind of proof , which we did not bring except for the vest our dog was wearing. We were then told to leave rather rudely in front of other guests. Shockingly poor customer experience...

The food is better than you expect, the vibe is chill and adult, and it's a great to place to enjoy a drunk and look over the lake.
