The food was excellent, and I would definitely order from here again. The prices are reasonable, and I received generous portions for a small platter. Although they didn't have the beverage I wanted, they wrote me a thoughtful apology note and provided a substitute, which I really appreciated!
The rice had a stale taste that shouldn't have been there, whether it was new or old. The ackee and saltfish seemed undercooked. The plantains were good, and the steamed cabbage was decent, but it could have benefited from being cooked and seasoned a bit longer.
Oh my goodness, this is honestly the best jerk I’ve had in ages—it reminds me of home! The blend of jerk spices is pure perfection.
