i ordered online for pick up. When i went inside, i told the employees that i ordered through online and they told me to go to the pick up area to pick up my food. When I went to the pick up area, the employees were just staring at me and moving back in forward. I tried to get their attention by saying hello, but they just ignored me. I tried to get their attention again, but they ignored me again. Since they ignored me, i assumed that they were just too busy. After standing there for like 10 min an employee finally asked me if i was here for pick up.... When I finally received my food, my hamburger and fries were cold... However, i still enjoyed eating the burger because I used an air fryer...

Food was average, at best. The fries were a letdown because they were cold and stale when I got them it wasn't even busy, either. I got about 3/4 through my meal until I got napkins (after I asked), even though a group of girls got their napkins before their meal... The waiter was more interested in flirting with them than bringing my food and never refilled my water. Pretty bad service and not exactly the cheapest food either. It's safe to say I won't be back here.

The food was unbelievably bad! I can't believe it. Very disappointed! My family and I dinned in on a Monday afternoon 3/13/2023. The fries were burnt and old overly salted as the chips were. My wife's burger was overly peppered, my 3 kids burgers were dry and my oldest son's nachos were stale!! We didn't even finish our food. I paid 100.00 dollars and we walked out!! Very disappointed !!!!!
Server was extra polite and friendly. Food is very good but pretty expensive. Makes me laff. Bar server standing in front of chalk board tells me they can’t list the names of beers because they change all the time. Lol
Food was good but they have no staff so the wait is ridiculous. Got there at 11:40AM had to wait for 25 minutes for a table! Good place but for now not worth the wait
The food was good, just like I normally would get at an 'Islands ', but today was super slow. Maybe they didn 't have a full staff, or they were all hung-over :

The food here is excellent, and the waitstaff are friendly. The atmosphere is beautifully decorated, creating a cozy vibe. I will definitely return!
Every time I visit, I question why I keep coming back. The food is overpriced and below average. The waitstaff always seems a bit out of it.
