Came here on 19/09/23 in a very deserted restaurant; seated by the window. Found what I wanted to order a lamb casserole and friend had a vegetarian casserole. Accompanied by a starter of olives which came with third size of Turkish bread cut up. The olives had no oil in the dish, so having it with a bit of bread was rather dry too. The mains arrived, and to my astonishment found that the rice portion was so small, only a baby would manage this (3tbsp domed shape but to make things absolutely worse, it didn't come with any bread nor pickled veg. This restaurant is absolutely terrible. The food is absolutely disgusting and not nice. I would say 0 out of 10 I wouldn’t recommend for anybody to visit this place because it’s just a waste of money. The staff are Turkish and I understand some of the language and I could hear them swearing. also, the staff are rude and not polite. We could see them, after they collected the money which were in cash form to be more clear coins, and we know that coins go hand to hand, they are really dirty they don’t wash their hands before starting to prepare the food. The restaurant layout was inviting, I liked the unique pictures on the wall and I especially loved the rustique decor. I ordered a halloumi wrap with rice. The meal was just the right portion and tasted wonderful, so fresh tasting. Our server was so pleasant and was on hand with everything we needed. If you want a nice Turkish meal in Sheffield, visit Istanbul you won’t be disappointed. Istanbul also do a takeaway option too so on your next night out in Sheffield why not pay a visit to Istanbul, you know you want too.
Terrible customer service, me and my friend paid over £25 and were asked to leave in a really abrupt and rude way. We were told to leave the table when literally all the restaurant was empty. That was a terrible experience for us and the food was not even that good. Grilled stuff are ok but all the rest are bought ready made and sometimes even taken out of tin possibly from the super market. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Visited this place some years ago when in Sheffield for a gig and I was delighted to find it again whilst here on business. The food is delicious. I have never tasted bread like the one they serve with the houmous...it is divine. The meat is deliciously fresh and beautifully cooked. Portions generous. Turkish red wine is sublime!
A favorite place to go when I'm in Sheffield. Tasty and plentiful food always fresh and wonderful service from the ladies in the restaurant section. Thoroughly quaffable carafe of wine too! Highly recommended.
Visited with my daughter and we were made very welcome. We shared the hot mezze and cold mezze. Great value for money and really tasty food.
Casual night out, called in for late night snack, although busy staff attentive served quickly and food served of the highest quality.
