It Italian Trattoria Paddock

We went to this brand new shopping center between colleagues for lunch. The decoration is modern, the service is effective even if one can regret the withdrawal system with a beep that breaks the qualitative side of the establishment. For the quality of pizzas, these are very good (I was able to taste the Margherita di Burratta but also the 4 fromaggi and the Messina). The dough is fine, which is not practical to cut but ideal to taste. The drink was very good but I was a hair disappointed by the pistachio shot, too sweet.

Visually away from the promise made on the menus, mine even had a hole in the size of a piece of 2€. On the flavour side it is also very disappointing, the dough was not lifted and the tomato sauce leaves a taste in the mouth quite acidic and unpleasant. Unless I'm mistaken, it's an electric oven, disappointment for a place that wants to be trattoria. Nevertheless the place is not bad for a lunch break, I didn't take dessert but they seem nice.

Saturday, I visited this outlet which unfortunately is abandoned, many shops closed because of the containment. I ate in that trattoria. Warm welcome. PIzza DÉLICIEUSE, very good pasta, well provided plates. To finish gourmet coffee with very good pastries. I recommend this place. We must be in solidarity and bring this place back to life and all the shops that remain open. Come on, you're not gonna be crazy. MCM de PARIS

The person in charge is not humanly pleasing it also makes favouritism, the staff of this restaurant hire workers without qualification to make Italian pizzas, whose taste and cooking are not the final, the waiting and long time, even seems that their workers force themselves to do the work with enthusiasm, I did not love this restaurant and especially the reception that and nonexistent. Several passages in this restaurant since 2022. A great restaurant, clean and well arranged. Always very well received. The homemade fact is very good and very well prepared, it is fresh and of quality. The team is professional, and the welcome and pleasant. I highly recommend this restaurant remains the highlight of the Paddock (although the few restaurants and shops that survive)!

Beautiful Italian address that must not close! Pizzeria which serves as almonds, pasta and pizza in beautiful servings and for hyper interesting rates. Good value for money and good service by friendly and dynamic staff who want it. The reception that has been reserved for us has been great of kindness and professionalism
