Italian Star - Reservar una mesa

16 inch margerita ordered at 10 o'clock, paid £18.60 for them with add ons, 11pm I was marked as delivered. call around 11:15 clock to find out what the problem is to win all my details, someone apologise and promised revival in asap. When I thought it wasn't the busiest time when they just ignored me and what the most bizarre thing about it, my friend is not ate all day when I ordered it, and she waited for it to be in front of the bed. this situation describes most of them to do it! no empty and no respect! make her mathematic and empty this place at any price!

Phoned an order to be told it would be 45-50 mins, called back after an hour to be told that the driver had rang us and no answer yes we had a missed call 10 minutes after we placed our order but off a...totally different number to the one we rang and at ten to one in the morning not really expecting a call from an unknown mobile) and that no food would be coming out as they were now shut, however after seeing the reviews maybe we were the lucky ones!!! Given a rating of one as it wouldn’t let me give a zero.

at 9 a.m. a time order, not switched on, so I called them at 10:30 a.m., was said that they would call back. they never did so that I called again, was then told that I was a liar and threatened that the manager and the driver were on the. way to my house. absolutely shameful to order frequently, but never go there again.

I ordered the burgers and pizza combo, but both the burgers and pizza had a strange taste. I requested a cheese pizza but received a pepperoni instead. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I ordered the chicken family bucket from this restaurant and it was completely burnt, as if someone had used a flamethrower on it. I will not be spending money there again.
