I will be clear, I lived in the land of the rising sun, and the only one I saw the time of a meal on the spot or in the delivery as in Japan is in Itamaé. Superior quality! The secret of sushi is the cooking of rice and the fresh red fish label you will find thanks to the chef (Itamaé Tony). The only address recommended for me in Marseille to taste the real Japanese dish!!!
Very well. Very friendly welcome, we have exchanged a lot with the manager, very interesting conversation with an enthusiast. Dish prepared in front of us. Everything was very good, very well presented. A very good time. Small personal touches with lightly warmed tatakis, a regal. All with a very good quality price ratio.
