I was surprised by the negative reviews! My partner and I ordered from Uber Eats last weekend and had a great experience. The wings were generously sized and well-coated in sauce. We also tried the cheesecake, which was fantastic! The prices were very reasonable as well. We'll definitely be ordering again.
The chicken seemed undercooked and could have used more time in the fryer. When I tore it apart, I found a gelatinous layer under the skin, and the meat was very mushy. There was very little sauce on it. I had ordered the garlic parmesan wings.
Wings are pretty darn good, and it's a good value too. I'd definitely recommend trying. It is a bit on the interesting side that you pick it up at Chile's, but once you read why they exist in the first place it makes sense.

Ghost kitchens harm small businesses, and the food quality here is terrible. Chili's, you didn’t need to trick me to guarantee I wouldn’t come back—I had already decided not to!
