We also came on November 11, and everything was perfect! the service is warm, good advice and the menu a feast. the low-temperature cooked line calamars, accompanied by egg yolk in the mirin, spinach cream and colonnata bacon are a discovery of textures and flavors, the gray dorade in line is subtlely raised by the stirrilla juice and highlighted by the wild rice risotto perfectly cooked, and finally, last but not least, the chocolate dessert is hazelnut! the chef regularly spends in the room serving and greeting guests, the decoration is clean, the simple but warm atmosphere. Anyway, if you haven't eaten at itsasoa yet, I highly recommend it to you;

our moment to start with. the chief in the room! and yes in the morning, little worries with one of the members of the team and we understand behind, it's human. but how to tell you better that he has wet the jersey: the chef is magical, as much in the room as in the kitchen, it was really great!!! (and special mention to his clerk who this day assured. at the same time with such a gifted, human and generous chef!
