Itsu - Reserva de mesa

I recently purchased takeaway chicken teriyaki rice bowl and miso soup from this branch, and the food packaging was not sealed as the paper bag was flooded with the miso soup I immediately noticed this before leaving and notified the server, showing the error. I expected a typical apology and quick swap to a more securely served item. Another server's response was an attack on the miso soup dripping onto the counter. Two of his colleagues, including the one who had served me, stood by while he berated me but replaced the item. May I add I could have been burnt from the steaming hot food, but it was made out that I was wrong. I now wish I had just returned the food and requested a refund, but...

Itsu is one of my favourite places to get something to eat as their food is quite healthy. The only thing that irks me is that they do not accept cash for payment. I visited their store at the food court in Canada Place and once I had ordered my food I was invited to take a seat and I did not have long to wait before it arrived. The food was really tasty and the staff were polite. The restaurant was clean and tidy and well presented.

Great service at the counter and I thought we had been guided in the right direction. Unfortunately there was something bad in the food, probably the salmon (which tasted fishy and old). Our whole family got food poisoning and now we are looking at a transatlantic flight with….digestive issues. I’ve asked for a refund for our meal and hopefully we will get one.

I went to Itsu last year in November, and I had my grandma with me and she only speaks Chinese. I wasn't looking forward to translating the whole menu when one of the members of staff asked what language she speaks and got a member of staff to translate the menu for me, and I am very grateful to that person Reserva una mesa ahora

The team at Itsu in Jubilee Mall provides excellent food and customer support. Sammy, the supervisor, is very helpful and works with Tasha and their colleagues to accept feedback, explain things, and take appropriate measures. Thank you for the great experience.

Last week I went to the store, they had some issues with payments but the store manager was assisting people and staff and was very nice. The box I’ve bought was delicious and fresh too! Highly recommend!

Food was still extremely warm and delicious came with multiple recyclable utensils e.g. chopsticks, forks etc good packaging and food was scrumptious

there was no wasabi included in the delivery how can you have sushi without this? food looks as exepcted otherwise but now I'll have to go out for Reserva una mesa ahora

I ordered a salmon on a bed of rice, and they substituted it chicken. I don't eat meat so that was really disappointing.
