I tried the four-star restaurants michelin de caen in Normandy. I was going to write a review at the end by commenting on every restaurant. However, after last night's catastrophe dinner, I decided to write a review immediately for vaultier evavan. I sent an e-mail last week to book a table. I explained on the booking confirmation that a party was allergic to alcohol and did not like onions. the starred restaurant michelin will generally adapt and make changes to menus without problems. This restaurant is not worth a star!( we are accustomed to this kind of restaurant.) or the service (although presented orally for dishes and badly served for wines) and neither the nobility (swine and cod) of the products on the plate are at the height of the requested price. menu of the chef has 64 euros plus wine deal a 34 and apero a 10 as well as coffee a 4.50 make this meal all included to 110 euros (it was the only moment or felt l etoile michelin) .

We've had a delicious moment! We chose to trust the chef with the surprise menu. We enjoyed the chef taking into account the pregnancy of my wife and adapting a cooking. the dishes are very well come presented and delicious. the service is very pleasant and in small care. our meal is worth the price. I therefore advise all those who want to share a meal for a great occasion.

excellent restaurant I don't understand some reviews I eat there 1 to 2 times a month as well as other starry on caen and its surroundings on average 6 times a month and this restaurant is part of the 2 best I prefer to eat an excellent cod than a bad foie gras and when there are some things to say it is in the restaurant and not on a site of reviews thank you Reserva una mesa ahora

Certainly this restaurant is not the cheapest of caen, it would be the opposite. but the culinary experience we live in is at the height of the bill!The frame is luxurious, the very pro staff. Upmost quality of ingredients, high levels of technical skill on display, well designed flavour combinations and attractive presentation. The monkfish was sublime, such as the raspberry themed dessert. Service was excellent and highly professional.

We made a stop on the road to the Brittany, a restaurant decorated with a lot of taste, exquisite ornaals with a fine purée of potatoes, a superb langouste on fennel, wines of cheap accompaniment, a friendly but professional service.

It's the hotel restaurant where we were staying. It is imperative to book and we have had a lot of chances to do it at the last moment for a Saturday night. It was excellent in a modern friendly setting Reserva una mesa ahora

Inventive and varied, top seasoning, friendly service, good rhythm, why 4 out of 5? The quantities are a little fair. Positive to note, the little " are many and pleasant.
