The staff are amazing. Twice I've been and needed their help. Once for a friend who felt unwell and the other, I needed 1st aid after falling over. There was no judgement, unlike some places that would just throw you out. They made sure we were ok and safe to leave once ready. Also, great food and range of drinks with speedy service if ordering from the app

First time in O'Neill's' Sutton but we've been customers at the Bromley's branch for some time. Went for lunch Sat 25/03 and I had cod and chips while my sister had jerk chicken burrito. The service was top and Ryan and Emma were professional and very attentive. We will be visiting again when my sister is in London next time. I highly recommend this pub.

I attended the Mardi Gras event at this pub and was not disappointed. It had an amazing atmosphere and the staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. The food was as always extremely tasty too and we were served in no time! The environment was amazing and we would definitely come back!

Visited on St Patrick's Day. Lively atmosphere with a great band playing Celtic anthems and cover versions. The bar was extremely busy but the staff handled it well. The security team worked hard too. Toilets were ok. The Guinness was good! Cheers everyone. See you again soon. Reserva una mesa ahora

Was down visiting family came to the pub and had a great time lovely meal great atmosphere and fantastic service by Lisa. Really nice friendly person with a great sense of humour. Definitely recommend anyone to visit

Popped into here last Friday for a quick drink but ended up staying for a bite to eat. Staff were lovely and Lisa served us was fab! She knows how to pull a good pint! Will defo pop in more often

Friendly bar staff decent atmosphere, an older middle aged crowd. Large election of draft beers though often only one or no ales are available. Go for a Guinness instead

Nice pub that does good food and drink. Also has excellent staff. I'll be back.
