I usually bring friends here from out of town to impress them! This time my dear friend from NC came with his Mom. When you first walk in , the charming ambiance just makes you smile ear to ear. The sight of the lit fireplace adds to the nostalgia of this beautiful home that once was. The staff greets us with lovely smiles and greetings. We ordered a lunch of cream of broccoli soup for my friends and I always get their wonderful Onion Soup. I had their personal thin crust pizza with prosciutto topping. Brought a fellow foodie, a globe-trotting Manhattanite, here confident we'd have a good evening and we were not disappointed. We both had onion soup and the rack of lamb, both superb. No fireplace I'd rather be dining next to. Service could be more polished but it was competent. Prices somewhat less inflated than others in the area.

So charming and old school!unfortunately the food was about as dated as the decor. It seems like they used powdered knorr hollandaise sauce on everything. Meat was a poor quality. Service was slow. Such a shame because it could be a gem of a spot.

Really cute place and very quaint decor. Service was outstanding. Great cappuccino. Had the omelet with smoked salmon, which was also very good. My niece had a burger that looked amazing
