The chicken tenders and waffles were fantastic! The chicken was juicy, crispy, and perfectly seasoned. The waffle had a great texture, and the fruit was sweet and fresh. The service was friendly and attentive. I visited on a weekday, so it wasn't too crowded. You can either order at the counter or sit down. The coffee was delicious and had a nice, strong flavor.
Everything was excellent. Our server was incredibly polite and attentive. The owner even came out to ask how we enjoyed our meal, which was fantastic! The eggs were the best I've had in a long time, and the hash was both spicy and delicious. The chicken and waffles looked beautiful, and my daughter loved it. We will definitely be coming back!
OMIGOD. THIS FOOD. I had shrimp and grits, my boyfriend had the hash, and we both had lattes. Everything was PERFECT. It's a bit of a haul from Tracy, but I will make up reasons to be in Oakland for this food! No food pictures, because we ate it too fast, but bowls included for portion size.
This place is so good! We found our go to spot for breakfast. The potatoes were cooked perfect. The Louisiana Hash was bomb. My girlfriend ordered the frittata which she very much enjoyed. We're definitely coming back to try their burger. Reserva una mesa ahora
This is a fantastic neighborhood gem for a delicious breakfast! Although there might be a slight wait due to its small size, it's well worth it. The sweet and spicy chicken strips paired with waffles were incredibly tasty.
If you are looking for a instagrammable cool plate of soul food coming with good taste, Ivy Moon restaurant will offer it. Please allow the staff to give you seat. Pretty crowded in brunch time.
