The place looks great and Staff were very friendly. Menu looked great with a good selection of food varieties.I ordered the large sashimi platter. Look the fish was mostly fresh but on close inspection was not well cut and attention to detail was lacking (some not cut all the way through meaning you picked up a string of fish etc). The art of sashimi is decorative in nature but the precision involved in an important aspect. They did however have a fantastic selection of single malt scotch so for this reason I would recommend for the Japanese scotch connoisseurs!
I'm glad I didn't check the reviews before coming here. My partner and I loved it! We ordered sushi, karaage chicken special, edamame, okonomiyaki and gyoza. Whoops! We over ordered! The portions were amaze! But soooo delicious! Also ordered some cocktails etc. Was perfect. So glad we found this hidden gem! Will be back!

The restaurant was quiet, which is generally not a good sign. I ordered the seafood okonomiyaki. It was ok, but seemed a bit dry compared to what I've had elsewhere. The service was fine, but was not exactly put to the test with only two patrons.

I have gone to this restaurant several times. It is a very good option for japanese food in west end. It is not a sushi train so it isnt cheap but the food quality is very good and the service is fast.

Found this Japanese on Uber Eats. Delivery was in 30 minutes. Food was still hot and fresh. Generous serves. I would order again.
Love this place! It feels like you're sitting in a little pub in Tokyo Small, cozy, and a good selection of Japanese whiskey.
