I called to check on my order and was met with a very unpleasant attitude right away. They claimed they had knocked and called us, which was untrue. We live in a small apartment, so we can easily hear someone knocking on our neighbor's door, and our phone was right beside us the entire time. I was told that I would have to go and pick up the order myself because they were too busy to deliver it. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this place due to their poor service overall. The person on the phone also mentioned that the driver tried to enter, claiming the door was locked. Why would he try to let himself in, especially during a pandemic? They updated their Just Eat listing so that my boyfriend could leave a review, as the order was placed through Just Eat.

I ordered a large amount of food for my family and myself, including my usual Adana Kebab. When I cut into the kebab, I discovered that it was not cooked properly and was still red and raw inside. Unfortunately, I ate some of it before realizing this. The restaurant has refused to collect the food or issue a refund. Since then, I've been feeling sick and I’m worried about the possibility of food poisoning. I reported this to Just Eat and have also contacted Trading Standards, as the restaurant claims they cannot do anything about it.

Usually order from here with no issues the gentleman who works here is lovely gives extra sauces very polite and friendly, tonight however I ordered tonight via phone and collected, the gentleman who usually works here wasn't working tonight and I dealt with two women order was wrong rung up they agreed to deliver waited 1hr and a half for them to deliver the right food absolute joke definitely won't be ordering back here in a hurry Reserva una mesa ahora

I had my food delivered, and the driver attempted to scam me out of £7 by claiming he had no change. When I told him to take the food back, he suddenly pulled out his cash and change. When I called the restaurant to complain, they explained it was likely because he couldn't speak English, but he was speaking perfectly fine to me.

The food here is incredibly delicious, and the service is outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant! The friendly and attentive staff enhance the experience, making it a great place to dine. With excellent quality food and service, it truly stands out. Overall, it's an awesome place with top-notch offerings.

Ordered at 6pm was told 7pm then delayed until 7:20 called at 7:30 to be told going to be over another hour...... Asked how to cancel to have no help what so ever will never try to order again from here, bad customer service
