The family who runs it puts a lot of emphasis on customer service. They treat each customer unique by remembering if they have already been there, what their food preferences are and if they like to eat there or get a takeaway. It's very easy and fast to get your meal delivered as well : If they waiting time is too long, they offer you complementary tea or treats!
Brilliant, simply brilliant. The staff is super helpful, we had the chance to eat there a year ago, service a little slow, but good quality. The ingredients are of good quality and tasteful. In terms of ordering, it takes a little time at lunchtime and in the evening, do it 30 minutes in advance but there is little or no delay.
