The only reason I give 4 out of 5 is because the food I got was great. Everything about the service needs attention. I ordered online chicken fried rice and pay for it in advance expecting to get my meal when I arrived in the allotted window which was about 15 to 20 minutes. I arrived about 25 minutes and still had to wait nearly 20 minutes to get my order. The person at the register already had my order on the paper but didn't turn it in to be prepared until I got there. REALLY??? So I'm sitting down with my drink waiting for my food and I'm the only customer in there when my food comes up the guy at the register yells out the order as if there's a bunch of people in there and he has to tal...
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered my wings extra crispy, but they came out soggy instead. When I took a bite, they were still undercooked. The man at the front was quite rude and seemed ready to argue instead of addressing my concerns. As a chef, I know exactly how I like my wings, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this place. Definitely not worth it for a wing lover like me.
If I could give this place negative stars I would! Their food is nasty and their management attitude is nastier. Their wings are smaller than your pinky finger and they're soaked in soggy old oil. I don't even know if this is chicken...The shrimp taste like plain non seasoned old fried chicken. The manager had the nerves to blame the food quality on me. I hope this place go out of business and burn in hell
I will never eat here again. My wings were burnt, and so was my rice. I also saw cockroaches, and they refused to give me a refund. Additionally, there's no parking available.

We ordered 15 wings with rice 5lp wings and the rest was thai chilli it was AWAFUL ! The rice was burnt and the wings just didn’t give correct flavor at all ! 0 stars
We ordered the wings, as well as the Philly and Buffalo Philly sandwiches. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The person at the front was very friendly.
Delicious was not disappointed we drove over looking for late night food staying at the waterpark . Had fried rice egg rolls and hot lemon pepper wings
Excellent burger and phenomenal value! A whole meal for what 5 Guys charges for just a burger.
