I recently ate dinner on a slow Monday evening with about a dozen customers in the bar area. A nice barkeep greeted me a minute or so after I sat and attended to me cordially throughout the evening. Based on my good experience from earlier in the year, Ibasically repeated my order from then with a change or two: Blood orange spritz to start with a house salad, a crab cake entreewith mash and asparagus, ten ounce sirloin medium rare with baked potato and Brussel sprouts, and chocolate mousse cake tofinish. This place was super good. The lamb with spinach and risotto was simply delicious. The fried calamari included just enough jalapeno to had a wonderful kick. I enjoyed me steak although it was overcooked (asked for medium and if came medium well; seemslike more and more places are having trouble with medium . Next time I'll order my steak medium rare. Loved the ceasar salad.Good location for date night or anniversary.
Embed an old favorite with the salmon and spouse ordered the fillet. All three courses are professionally prepared with changes that improve season flavors, keep favorite dishes fresh-the confidence takes. Service (Igor) personable and a great help with cocktails and wine as well as answer questions about the menu. In addition, the bartender has made a wish for cocktail for this birthday party. Wow, what a night.
The food, ambiance and service were impeccable! My first time there but definitely not my last! It was my birthday dinner and I couldn't have dreamed of a better experience!! Our waiter Alex was phenomenal and he made the experience the best ever!!

Had a great server David yesterday for lunch. Well knowledgeable and polite. He recommended the lobster bisque along with my maple salmon it was fantastic. Can't wait to come back with regular attire instead of my work uniform
Service was very polite and the ambiance was nice. I really enjoyed my crab cakes. The mashed potatoes and green beans were fine, but a bit salty. I liked that the steak was cooked correctly but it wasn’t very flavorful.
Celebrated our Silver anniversary with delicious food, wonderful atmosphere and outstanding service!! Hugo (our server) and Pat (manager) truly made us feel special. Thank you for a totally special celebration!
My wife and I have been dining at J Gibert's for the past eight years. The food is always awesome and the service is great. Deon, our server, was polite and attentive.

Great food at reasonable prices. I highly recommend the lobster Mac and Cheese and the Lobster Cob Salad. The Tortilla Soup is good too.
