I was appalled by the behavior of the elderly woman working at this restaurant. Upon arriving with my two-year-old in a stroller on a hot day, I requested tap water to fill my daughter's thermos. The woman rolled her eyes, cleaning her teeth with her finger and tongue, looking like she had just finished eating lunch. When I asked for a liter of water in my thermos and another liter in a plastic bottle, she cursed at me and made rude remarks to the younger staff. She reluctantly gave me the water, insisting that I should buy something if I wanted water. Her behavior was unacceptable and she should be sent home to rest. I hope she does not suffer from thirst or drown in water in the future.

Situated conveniently near Bennett's Rec, it's perfect for a post-park visit treat. The dog-friendly atmosphere adds to its charm. Moreover, their selection of coffee beans and biscuits at such reasonable prices is a bonus. Whether you're grabbing a quick drink or stocking up on essentials, Jacc's delivers quality and value. I would definitely recommend.
heard a lot about this place so thought I would pop in and grab a coffee .place was packed and I could see why for a specialty filter coffee it was lovely and hot .also had a cherry bakewell hot chocolate could not believe...that was too what was more amazing it wasn’t flavoured with syrup it is made from the powder they sell in store . So ended up spending a small fortune on tins of chocolate, jars of flavoured instant coffee and packets of biscuits . Staff also very friendly too .
I have tried the great coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and milkshakes at this restaurant - they are all fantastic. The food is also great and excellent value. The staff is very helpful, making it my new favorite spot for a delicious hot drink and lunch. There is also a lovely selection of goodies available for purchase.

This was great, I haven't been in here before but after my son kept on telling me how good it was we went in and I had a banana milkshake (made with milk and syrup) and an ice cream from the freezer. Very reasonable prices and ideal spot for taking the kids across the road to the park.
This restaurant does not seem to distinguish between an espresso and instant coffee. I am disappointed to say the least. The food may be good, but if you're looking for a quality coffee, I would recommend going somewhere else. The staff is friendly, though.
Great service, lovely choice of coffees, tempting range of food and really great value. Avoid the big branded rip-off places, head to Jaccs for fabulous coffee that`s always first class. Well done !!!
Only person allowed in the shop, covid safe offering take away service. Lush hot chocolate with cream was taken and enjoyed.

Really pleasant coffee shop just off main shopping centre. All coffees are only Super coffee at an unbelievable price.
Really nice coffee and very reasonable too! Food is amazing as well, recommend for any coffee lovers
