I ordered the Texas Roadkill Chicken Sandwich, with a Cajun chicken breast and guacamole.I guess there was not much traffic on the highway the day I visited and roadkill was at a premium cuz there weren't much chicken in my sandwich.Skimpy indeed, $15 for a 2 ounce chicken sandwich. Not the stuff hungry men dream of. To make matters worse the Cajun had gone missing too, partner in crime with the roadkill I guess.Not a hint of anything that remotely suggested Cajun. No holy trinity, no Cajun spices, and sadly no Cajun flavor. Had dinner here one night. Tried to get in at Del Friscos but it was packed with a waiting list so I walked over to Jack Astors. Staff were nice and very quick. I had the Sesame Chicken bowl. It was good but I would have liked the vegetables to be cooked more.
