Jack Astor's - Reservar una mesa

Jack Astor's is a great place to take picky eaters. There is something for everyone. Food was really good. (except the wonton nachos, they were terrible. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Food was served hot and timed really nicely for apps and then for our meals. Our server was very friendly, Eric. He made sure we had everything we wanted without being extra. My husband and I were taking out my stepdaughter and her boyfriend out for my stepdaughter's 19th birthday. I came into my stepdaughter's life when she was 4 so to take her out to ORDER HER OWN BEER was a big deal. Thanks for making the memory special, JACK ASTORS!!!!!!! The birthday brownie was a very nice touch. Super fun night all around.

I am disappointed in thjs experience. I booked a table for our sons 17 birthday after ticats game. The hostess did not even acknowledge the reservation and on the reservation we asked for cheesecake for my son (not for free) and that was not acknowledged. Server took forever to acknowledge us and then it was long for the drinks to come. Nachos were good but the the other stuff wasn’t up to expectations. I’m not sure what happened here.

The wait staff was not at all focused on customers. Looking around the entire section, every table waited at least 20 minutes for wait staff to come greet them and take their drink order. Ordering food took just as long. Nobody came to check in on the tables throughout their meals and people were flagging down anyone that they could see to refill drinks and ask for bills.

Jack Astors used to be a great spot to meet up with friends and family. Unfortunately the quality of food and the service has taken a dive. The order of Nachos were stone cold and soggy and our mains were also stone cold. I would honestly be surprised if this location will be around in a years time

Great time in Bar area as always. Super friendly service. Great food.
