One of the worst dining experiences i have ever had. We sat on the Patio yesterday. We waited at least 20 minutes before any server even came over to us. I made eye contact multiple times with the bartender and the host.. If it hadn 't been for our wonderful server Kendra we would have left. The environment was so unbelievably unprofessional i almost couldn 't believe it. I heard a server speaking to another table and said Can you just have regular coke? Coke zero is downstairs.. the Customer awkwardly settled for the regular coke. Unbelievable. As the manager was bringing over out already freezing cold food, she was trying to keep another table from walking out as they also waited 30 minute...

Takeout not recommended. I drove there to pick up an order of the Chicken Bowties. Since it’s on a very busy corner and there is no dedicated pickup location I called to have them bring it out, I waited on the phone for 10 minutes listening to the automated “we’ll be right with you message”. I gave up and went inside although I was illegally parked I had no choice. Once I’m inside there was no hostess, a very nice waitress finally noticed me and came to help and I paid and left. When I get home I opened the package and was shocked to see the portion size was tiny. This is usually a decently sized bowl and this portion was half the size I’ve received when eating in at this chain in the past,...

Excellent service! On our Friday impromptu date nite , we chose Jack Astor 's on The Row ... Amidst the weeklong heatwave, we were greeted by, cool mist and smiling faces as we reached the rooftop patio. Upbeat music and animated conversations competed in the dynamic atmosphere. Our server, Shelby, was smiling, speedy and attentive. She made us laugh, answered all our questions and made sure we enjoyed our dinner. The food was yummy although the guacamole appie stole the show! Just for fun we tried the new fish bowl summer cocktails and allowed our lovely server to upgrade an extra shot ... good call!

The service we received was disappointing. Initially, we were served cold truffle fries for our appetizer, and we had to request a replacement. Furthermore, we waited for more than 30 minutes for our food, only to be informed by the waitress that it would take an additional 15 minutes. This experience has left me with no intention of returning.Not only was the service lacking, but the food itself was also unsatisfactory. The sauce had a watery consistency and lacked thickness. Last night I had the most astounding experience at Jack Astor’s. Not my first time here, but boy did I have fun! Despite how busy it seemed, my server Madison was extremely patient and friendly. She was very kind and gave us great options on the menu, she even incorporated some of her personal favourite menu items, what a welcoming feeling! The food was delectable and fresh. I would come back here again and bring more friends 100

Service was very slow, we felt forgotten about. Food was alright but nothing special. Don’t get the quesadilla sandwich. We sat on the top deck which was really awesome. This place is nothing special but I would go back to have a beer on the roof patio.Vegetarian options: They were able to substitute tofu for us instead of chicken which was appreciated.

The upstairs patio is always cool. Great for a date. Nice little romantic spot overlooking Richmond St. Food tasted great, beer was on point and even a few shots. Waitress was helpful, and friendly. I think she was curious about us and kept coming over it was cute. Great job Jack Astor's keep it up... Check it!

I came here after work yesterday with my friend. Our server Madi always checked in if we needed anything. She was great and really friendly! I love the atmosphere of having a drink on the rooftop patio. My classic mojito tasted soo good. The food was yummy too. Would love to come back here for another drink! Reserva una mesa ahora

Nice rooftop patio with a good atmosphere. Friendly service. The Thai sesame chicken stir fry bowl was very tasty would recommend. A bit pricey overall, but not terrible. Nice spot for an evening out with friends.

Madison was our server and she was very friendly and attentive. Food was great overall... was also a great night on the patio... weather was a bonus!
